Role Summary

Own delivery of one or more of MSN's defence programs, driving execution against schedule, budget, and governance requirements. This is a hands-on program leadership role for someone experienced in defence program management and public-sector governance who can keep complex, multi-stakeholder programs on track.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of assigned defence programs
Build and maintain program plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers
Ensure compliance with public-sector governance and defence contracting requirements
Coordinate across engineering, AI, security, and forward-deployed teams
Manage stakeholder relationships with government and defence counterparts
Track and report program status, risks, and dependencies to leadership
Own change control, milestone acceptance, and delivery documentation
Support bids and RFP responses for follow-on program work

Required Qualifications

8⁺ years in program or project management, ideally in defence or government
Proven track record delivering complex programs on schedule and budget
Strong knowledge of public-sector governance and defence contracting processes
Excellent stakeholder and risk management skills
Strong program documentation and reporting discipline
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with government agencies or armed forces on technology or defence programs
Background in a technical or engineering discipline
PMP or equivalent program management certification
